Panorama "LUTHER 1517"

The 360-degree panorama LUTHER 1517 created by artist Yadegar Asisi is an experience for all the senses. Events in Wittenberg during the Reformation era are depicted on a giant canvas measuring 15 metres by 75 metres. Presented in a day-and-night rhythm with specially composed musical accompaniment, the panorama shows major events and countless details from the start of this watershed. Prominent figures such as Martin Luther, Katharina von Bora, Philipp Melanchthon and Elector Frederick the Wise as well as citizens of Wittenberg including students, tradesmen and peasants have all been brought to life on the canvas by Yadegar Asisi.
